At 9:30 a.m. on April 26, 2024, Zhou Chunhua, the former second grade inspector of Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (HRSS), visited the School of Business Administration (SBA) to investigate and guide the work. The exchange meeting was held in the North 307 Conference Room of Wenquan Building, presided over by Prof. Wu Haitao, Dean of SBA, and attended by some teachers and students of the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM), including Zhao Chenhui, Liu Rongzhi, Feng Jiaojiao and Xing Zhijie.
On behalf of SBA, Dean Wu Haitao firstly expressed a warm welcome to Zhou Chunhua and his party for visiting SBA for research and guidance, and focused on the development ambitions of SBA and the new thinking of SBA in the context of the development of the new quality productivity; Director of the Department of HRM, Mr. Zhao Chenhui, reported on the achievements of the construction of the discipline of HRM and the problems faced by the transformation of the profession.
Subsequently, Zhou Chunhua, the second-level inspector, made a guiding speech. He highly recognized the important contribution of SBA of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and HRM discipline of SBA in the economic and social development of Hubei Province. He pointed out that the expert team of SBA has provided intellectual support for the work of labor security and HRM in Hubei Province, and he also hoped that SBA and HRM profession would be innovative and cultivate more new-quality talents under the background of the development of new-quality productivity.
