In order to comprehensively improve the theoretical quality and teaching ability of our teaching team, the 11th Young Teachers' Lecture Competition, sponsored by the Academic Affairs Department of the university, was successfully held from March 18th to March 22nd. Three participating teachers from the School of Business Administration (SBA) won good results, among which Mr. Liu Wentong from the Department of Business Administration won the first prize, Mrs. Zhou Lili from the Department of Tourism Management and Mrs. Yu Sheng from the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management won the second and third prizes respectively, which fully demonstrated the teaching strength of young teachers in SBA.
These achievements are not only the affirmation of the individual efforts of the participating teachers, but also a remarkable manifestation of the collaboration and support of our teaching team. Since the launch of this Young Teachers Lecture Competition, it has been highly valued by the leadership of SBA and all the teachers and students. Hu Chuan, the vice Dean of SBA who is in charge of undergraduate teaching, has carried out a comprehensive deployment of the organization and preparation for the competition and provided detailed guidance.
SBA demonstrated an atmosphere of interdepartmental cooperation and solidarity, with significant help from both full-time faculty members and administrative teachers. In addition, SBA also carefully organized two lesson sharpening activities, inviting senior education experts such as Prof. Zhu Xinrong, Prof. Hou Zhuo, Prof. Wang Shuhong, etc., which not only promoted the improvement of the teaching level, but also achieved the goal of promoting teaching by competition.
