At 9:30 a.m. on January 3rd, 2024, the Signing Ceremony of School-Enterprise Comprehensive and Deepening Cooperation Framework Agreement between School of Business Administration (SBA) and Hubei SF Express Co. was held in Conference Room 407 of Wenquan Building. Ltd. Wang Yang and other seven people attended the signing ceremony, together with Prof. Wu Haitao, Dean of SBA, Secretary Yu Xiaopeng, representatives of teachers of the Department of Operation and Supply Chain Management, and representatives of students of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association. The signing ceremony was hosted by Prof. Dong Ciwei, Dean of the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
On behalf of SBA, Dean Wu Haitao firstly expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Wang Yang, Vice President of Hubei SF, and his delegation. Dean Wu Haitao introduced the basic situation of SBA in detail from four aspects, namely, profound historical heritage, strong school running strength, distinctive school running characteristics and ambitious school running ideals, and focused on the development of SBA's characteristics of economics, law and management and the development results of SBA's internationalization strategy in recent years.
On behalf of SBA, Dean Wu Haitao and Vice President Wang Yang signed the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive and Deepened Cooperation between University and Enterprise on behalf of Hubei SF Express Co. The agreement sets out the goals and programs of deepening cooperation between the university and the enterprise in four aspects: talent training, cooperative research, exploring the model of SF order class and applying for the construction of an integrated base of industry-academia-research-training-creation.
Prof. Zou Bipan, deputy director of the Department of Operation and Supply Chain Management, introduced the deepening cooperation with SF in light of the teaching and research advantages of SBA and the department, focusing on the specific upgrading measures of the new internship in terms of the flexibility of the internship time, diversification of internship content, heavy incentives for the internship process, and re-enforcement of the internship management.
At the end of the meeting, Secretary Yu Xiaopeng made a concluding speech, fully affirming the school-enterprise cooperation idea of complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and common development, and looking forward to the two sides' long-term and close cooperation to enhance students' practical innovation and entrepreneurship, optimize the talent training mode, and convey more knowledge, innovation and integration-oriented talents for the supply chain logistics industry. We expect both parties to enhance students' practical innovation and entrepreneurship ability and optimize the talent cultivation mode through long-term close cooperation, so as to convey more knowledge-based, innovative and integrated talents for supply chain logistics industry.
